RETURN POLICY

BOWLING BALLS: Drilled Bowling Balls are not returnable.

ACCESSORIES: Rosin bags, tape, towels, etc… are
non-returnable and non-refundable.

SHOES and BAGS: Within 14 days and with a receipt and unused or in resalable condition will be refunded exactly as you paid for it!

AFTER 14 DAYS: NO REFUND

SPECIAL ORDERS and PRE-ORDERS

BOTH require full NON-REFUNDABLE payment at time of order.

LAYAWAYS and DEPOSITS

Will be refunded in a Next Level Bowling Pro Shop Gift Card ONLY!

CHECKS

RETURN CHECK FEE: $30.00-We do not redeposit a second time.

REPAIRS

Any equipment left for repairs must be paid for and picked up within 21 days.
